potatoes 250 gr.
cabbage 1 cup milk
100 gr.
butter
salt and pepper Wash the potatoes and boil them (keeping the skin), boiled cabbage, then drain well and chop. Peel the potatoes, mash and mix with milk and butter. Putting it all together, add salt and pepper to taste.
It can also serve in a warm dish, leaving a hole in the middle of the compound, to pour the melted butter.
