flour 200 gr.
sugar 50 gr.
finely chopped hazelnuts 200 gr.
butter 2 eggs 1 pinch of baking powder 1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons ground ginger
Beat eggs with sugar, sift flour, ginger, baking powder, nuts and salt and pour over a floor. Add the egg mixture and sugar with the butter (softened) and mix well.
