curried brown rice, soybeans Coffee and courgette

The Curry Indian origin, and is a blend of 10 spices including black pepper, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, pepper and greek hay. In fact the word "curry" comes from the Tamil "dear" and means soup, the British arrived in India have coined this name, indicating it with the mixture of spices and the cooked dish (soup).


Ingredients (for 1 person):
50 gr.
50 grams of brown rice.
soy vegetable broth 1 zucchini

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

chopped onion 1 pinch salt 1 pinch of curry


Soak soybeans overnight, boil in salted water, drain and set aside , cut the zucchini into rounds purposes. Fry the onion in oil, add rice and salt, pour a ladle of broth and Mesole combining zucchini. Continue adding broth as it dries, mix well. Add the boiled soy, curry and finish cooking.
