Mount N Blade Native Expansion

Ingredients (serves 4): 150 gr

. Spelt

4 zucchini 4 carrots 4 potatoes

100 gr.
200 grams of green beans. white shelled fresh beans or other vegetables to taste like
100 gr. bacon (optional) 3 cloves garlic

chili oil olive oil, salt

Cook the farro in a bowl (after soaking just an hour of cooking in a pressure cooker), bearing in mind that it is best to let it rest for at least an hour in its cooking water. Cut all vegetables into chunks and boil in salted water, drain and add to the already spelled boiled, drained and allowed to stand. In a separate pan fry slowly 4 tablespoons of olive oil, bacon bits (if desired), crushed garlic and chili to taste with a spoonful of water. When the sauce is ready
season spelled and vegetables are still warm. Mix well and serve (can also be a main course but ven a side dish for meat grilled).
