Irish Colcannon
Just to speak again of Ireland ..... .......!!! !
This excellent "hot drinks" was invented in 1942 by Mr. Joe Sheridan owner of the bar dell'areoporto Shannon. On a cold winter evening, trying to warm up a group of travelers in long wait for the delay of a flight, made the strong coffee, add sugar, whiskey and cream. The travelers were impressed by the quality of the drink and said, "Excuse me, is Brazilian coffee? "and he replied:" No, it's Irish coffee. "
Ingredients: 1 shot of Irish whiskey
1 cup coffee 2 tablespoons of brown sugar whipped cream
Pour the whiskey into a glass large, mix in the sugar and pour the hot coffee. Pour the cream then (it must be very fresh) with the aid of a spoon to form fine layers. Do not stir.
